nashville day 2

We started the morning with breakfast in the hotel lobby.  The kids thought the buffet was amazing and loved getting their own food and drinks.  BJ, the kids, and I headed out to walk around downtown.  We decided to check out the Frist Center for the Visual Arts as they have a kids area.

They had an art deco automobiles exhibit in the museum so BJ, Justin, and Kaitlin looked at those and then met up with us in the kids area.  We could have stayed all day here.  There was painting, drawing, print making, film making, building, crafting, and more to keep the kids entertained.  We popped in to see my grandmother, then went to the hotel for napping and swimming.

That evening we went out to Sole Mio's for dinner and invited our friends, Jo and Milo to join us.  Later that evening, my mom, sister, and I went out to The Big Bang: Dueling Piano Bar.  It was an action-packed day, but my mom gets the most credit as she came in that morning on a red eye flight and still stayed out late with us.
