Justin and Kaitlin had their very first dive meet. It was really cute. Now they allow "jumps" and "line-ups" so the kids can dive since you have to do three different dives to compete. They've really been working on their approaches and you can see them concentrating. (Don't mind all the videos, they're for grandparents.)
(it's essentially a dive without an approach or bounce)
