I did the Lake Sammamish Triathlon in mid-August. It was smaller than the previous one and this one was coed. I actually ran into an old college friend of ours from WSU and my very first boss at the Normandy Park Swim Club. I had a lot of fun doing these triathlons and enjoy the challenge of the different sports.
